Any quote or estimate provided is based on the customer-supplied information and is subject to adjustment upon final service delivery.

2.2. Customer Obligations

By engaging our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information regarding the move scope, dates, and access conditions
• Ensure reasonable access to all premises (e.g., parking, elevators, entryways)
• Secure valuables, cash, sensitive documents, and hazardous materials in advance
• Disclose specialty items such as pianos, safes, or fragile valuables at the time of booking

2.3. Cancellations & Deposits

• A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your move date
• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of deposit or additional fees
• Changes in service scope or timing may result in revised pricing or scheduling

2.4. Liability & Limitations

2.4.1. Damage & Loss

• We exercise care in handling all items; however, we are not liable for:
  • Items packed by the customer
  • Previously damaged or structurally compromised items
  • Delays caused by weather, traffic, equipment failure, or third-party interference
• Any damage claims must be reported in writing within 48 hours of service completion
• Claims submitted beyond this period may not be honored

2.4.2. Valuation Options

• We offer basic released value protection at $0.60 per pound per item, as required by law
• Additional valuation coverage may be available upon request prior to service

2.4.3. Force Majeure

Next Level Moving Solutions LLC shall not be held liable for failure to perform due to acts beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, labor strikes, road closures, equipment failure, or government orders.

• Final payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing

• Failure to remit payment in full may result in withheld delivery, legal collections, and additional fees
